Is it safe to travel to texas?
I am planning to visit my best friend in dallas, texas on Monday but I'm scared that I might get swine flu. She said its not that bad there, and she doesn't know of anyone who got the flu in her neighborhood. But I am scared that her kids might be caring the bacteria and she's not aware of it since they are so young and they didn't take any days off from school.
Please help me! I really wanna see her but I don't know if I should go or wait until next month.

Should I reschedule my flight out of Chicago?
So I booked our airline tickets for our cruise on Jan 24, 2010 and I made a huge blunder and pressed the wrong button and booked the wrong flight. So now instead of a layover in Houston and getting into Tampa at 10:41am we are leaving Chicago and arriving in Tampa at 12:47pm. Our ship departs at 4, am I pressing my luck with this crazy schedule? I mean, how often does O'hare airport close for bad weather at the end of January? Should I just eat the $460 worth of plane tickets and just buy the ones I wanted? Or should I just go with these?
MEXICO
Christmas is a perplexing time for a traveller.  At least me.  More than any other time, it seems to highlight both the brilliance and shortcomings of travelling . the wonderful experience and atmosphere of a place during this festive period; the manifest joy - and the absence of those dearest; the constant question - would I be somewhere else if I could be?

Unlike the boombox of my childhood, there is no 'stop' button to the soundtrack of this christmas.  Boney M has become an unstoppable, merciless force, destroying all in its path.  At least it's not 'Rivers of Babylon' I guess.  As I sit, penning this entry, the song recurs and recur, ever more forceful.  A message perhaps?  "I wanna wish you a merry christmas from the bottom of my heart..."

 SPAIN

Spain is more than bullfights, flamenco dancers and crowded beaches. It's a spectacular and diverse country, the north resembling the rolling, green hills of Ireland and the south giving you a taste of Moroccan landscapes and architecture. Its tremendous history is reflected in its prehistoric cave paintings, Moorish palaces, crumbling castles, Roman ruins, Gothic and Renaissance cathedrals as well as some very distinctive modern architecture. The uniqueness of Spain lies in the separate kingdoms which made up the original Spanish nation. These regions remain diverse in their language, culture, cuisine and art. They include: Andalucía, Aragon, Asturias, Basque Country, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla La Mancha, Castilla León, Catalonia, Extremadura, Galicia, La Rioja, Madrid, Murcia, Navarra and Valencia. Areas of interest are not limited to each region.
